Opgericht in 2017, mozzeno is een 100% digitale Belgische kredietverstrekker die zich heeft gevestigd als een belangrijke speler op de kredietmarkt.

Elke dag helpen wij particulieren en bedrijven om hun projecten te financieren via een eenvoudig, snel en volledig digitaal proces. Onze kracht ligt in een unieke combinatie van technologie en menselijke begeleiding, waardoor wij een efficiënte en gepersonaliseerde service kunnen bieden.

Daarnaast stellen wij investeerders in staat om actief de reële economie in België te ondersteunen door de kredieten te financieren die door mozzeno worden toegekend.

Gevestigd in Louvain-la-Neuve en momenteel in volle groei, is mozzeno op zoek naar een Paralegal (NL/FR) om het team te versterken.

Jouw functie

Als Paralegal maak je integraal deel uit van het Legal & Compliance-team van mozzeno en voert de volgende taken uit:

  • Je ondersteunt het team bij de juiste implementatie van de regelgevingen die van toepassing zijn op de activiteiten van mozzeno, de controle op de naleving en de correcte uitvoering van de daaruit voortvloeiende beleidslijnen en procedures. De regelgevende omgeving omvat onder meer de toekenning van consumenten- en investeringskredieten, de invordering, de gegevensbescherming en de bestrijding van witwassen en terrorismefinanciering
  • Je staat in voor het beheer van incassodossiers en de contacten met incassopartners;
  • Je volgt proactief de ontwikkelingen in de (Belgische en Europese) regelgeving in bovengenoemde rechtsgebieden. U stelt indien nodig aanpassingen voor aan de beleidslijnen en procedures van mozzeno.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij de afhandeling van verzoeken vanuit verschillende interne diensten betreffende juridische en reglementaire kwesties;
  • Je bereidt contracten met onze partners voor, zorgt voor hun opvolging en stelt aanpassingen voor op basis van de recentste wettelijke ontwikkelingen;
  • Je draagt bij tot de ontwikkeling en de bijwerking van trainingsmateriaal en participeert in de sensibilisatie van operationele teams over wettelijke verplichtingen.
  • Je hebt een Bachelor diploma in rechten;
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig of Franstalig, met een goede beheersing van de andere taal;
  • Idealiter heb je een eerste ervaring in de financiële sector of in B2C-invordering;
  • Je bent proactief, autonoom en neemt verantwoordelijkheid ;
  • Werkplekken met dynamiek spreekt je aan. Je houdt van teamwerk en past je gemakkelijk aan veranderingen aan.
