Een gerenomeerd en mensgericht vocatenkantoor is op zoek naar een Paralegal. In deze sleutelrol ondersteun je advocaten op administratief en organisatorisch vlak en zorg je ervoor dat dossiers nauwkeurig en efficiënt worden opgevolgt.

Omschrijving

  • Beheren en verwerken communicatie met het cliënteel;
  • Opvolgen van juridische deadlines en termijnen;
  • Voorbereiden en samenstellen van dossiers voor zittingen en consultaties;
  • Beheren van agenda's en inplannen van afspraken;
  • Ondersteunen bij juridisch opzoekingswerk, afhankelijk van interesse en ervaring.
  • Indienen van juridische documenten via online platformen;
  • Aanvragen van administratieve attesten en documenten;
  • Uitschrijven en verwerken van juridische dictaten;
  • Telefonisch onthaal van cliënten en externe contacten;
  • Correct klasseren en archiveren van documenten, zowel digitaal als fysiek;
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Rechtspraktijk (met of zonder ervaring);
  • Kennis van een juridisch dossierbeheersysteem is mooi meegenomen;
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Engels en het Frans;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail;
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk aandacht vragen;
  • Je communiceert professioneel en respectvol met cliënten en externe contacten;
  • Je bent discreet, betrouwbaar en gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie;
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt proactief mee met het team;
  • Je beschikt over sterke administratieve vaardigheden en een foutloze schrijfstijl.
