We zoeken een zelfstandig werkende paramedicus die:

  • beschikt over de nodige opleiding, erkenning en/of beroepskwalificaties;
  • graag autonoom werkt, maar tegelijk belang hecht aan samenwerking;
  • patiëntgerichte en kwalitatieve zorg belangrijk vindt;
  • openstaat voor overleg met huisartsen en andere zorgverleners;
  • mee wil bouwen aan een geïntegreerde eerstelijnszorg.

De concrete discipline is bespreekbaar. We staan open voor een paramedicus die een inhoudelijke meerwaarde kan bieden binnen onze bestaande zorgverlening.

Als zelfstandig paramedicus krijg je bij ons de ruimte om autonoom te werken binnen een professionele en goed georganiseerde praktijk, met tegelijk de voordelen van een multidisciplinaire omgeving.

Wij bieden:

  • goede bereikbaarheid via openbaar vervoer en ruime parking
  • een ruime wachtruimte, sanitaire voorzieningen en toegang tot een ontspanningsruimte;
  • laagdrempelig overleg met de huisartsen en andere zorgverleners;
  • mogelijkheden tot interne doorverwijzingen vanuit de huisartsenpraktijk;
  • samenwerking met een bestaand netwerk van zorgverleners;
  • een professionele en collegiale sfeer;
  • flexibiliteit in de invulling van de samenwerking.

We staan open voor verschillende formules. Je kan bijvoorbeeld kiezen voor één of meerdere dagdelen per week, maar ook voor meerdere volledige dagen. Ook wat het huurcontract betreft, zijn we bereid om samen naar een formule te zoeken die voor beide partijen werkt.

Je komt terecht in een enthousiast en multidisciplinair team bestaande uit:

  • 3 huisartsen, 1 HAIO
  • een voltijdse kinesitherapeut
  • een deeltijdse praktijkverpleegkundige
  • een tabakoloog
  • deeltijds secretariaat

We willen binnen docWerchter verder bouwen aan een zorgmodel waarin verschillende disciplines elkaar versterken. Laagdrempelig overleg over patiënten, zorgvragen en problematieken vinden we belangrijk. We geloven dat patiënten baat hebben bij zorgverleners die elkaar kennen, gemakkelijk kunnen overleggen en vanuit hun eigen expertise samenwerken. Dit sluit aan bij onze bredere visie op geïntegreerde en multidisciplinaire eerstelijnszorg.
