In deze rol help je mensen om zo zelfstandig mogelijk te blijven leven en actief te blijven deelnemen aan de maatschappij. Jij draagt bij aan het omzetten van beperkingen in mogelijkheden. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer adviseer je over een hulpmiddel, de volgende keer sta je bij iemand thuis om samen te kijken wat echt werkt. Wat ga je doen? Als Paramedisch Adviseur bij Welzorg combineer je jouw (para)medische kennis met praktische oplossingen en persoonlijk contact. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige adviestraject: van het eerste contact met de klant tot en met het aanmeten, de passing en uiteindelijk de levering van het hulpmiddel. Je kijkt verder dan alleen de aanvraag en analyseert de situatie van de klant om tot de beste oplossing te komen. Daarbij staat één doel centraal: de klant zo zelfstandig mogelijk laten functioneren en laten deelnemen aan het dagelijks leven. In deze rol ben je veel onderweg en heb je direct contact met klanten, ergotherapeuten, consulenten en gemeenten. Gemiddeld bezoek je vijf klanten per dag, waardoor geen werkdag hetzelfde is. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, zoals de binnendienst en servicemonteurs, zodat iedere klant optimaal geholpen wordt. Jouw werkzaamheden: - In gesprek gaan met de klant om de situatie goed te begrijpen en te bepalen welk hulpmiddel het beste past - Adviseren, aanmeten en begeleiden van het volledige traject van intake en passing tot levering - Zorgdragen voor een correcte aflevering en duidelijke instructie over het gebruik van het hulpmiddel - Signaleren wanneer een oplossing niet optimaal werkt en bijsturen door zelf aanpassingen te doen of te schakelen met de servicemonteur - Vastleggen van klantgegevens en afstemmen met de binnendienst, ergotherapeuten, consulenten en andere betrokkenen - We...
