Doe jij mee? Op Parc Sandur draait alles om vakantieplezier. Ons vakantiepark telt maar liefst 215 bungalows waar onze gasten heerlijke kunnen genieten van hun vakantie. Als teamleider Housekeeping speel jij een belangrijke rol in die beleving. Samen met een gezellig team zorg je ervoor dat de bungalows schoon, netjes en op tijd klaar zijn voor de volgende gasten. Dat vraagt om een echte aanpakmentaliteit, fysieke fitheid en doorzettingsvermogen. Je bent graag actief bezig, houdt het hoofd koel en wanneer het druk is en steekt samen met je collega's de handen uit de mouwen. Want bij Park Sandur maken we samen het verschil. Dit ga je doen - Je stuurt tijdens jouw shift ongeveer 10-15 housekeepingmedewerkers aan en ondersteunt hen waar nodig - Je controleert de kwaliteit van de schoongemaakte bungalows - Je signaleert en meldt bijzonderheden of problemen via onze online systemen - Je helpt bij het plannen en organiseren van werkzaamheden - Je maakt roosters voor de medewerkers - Je draagt bij aan een fijne werksfeer en een goede samenwerking - Je denkt mee over verbeteringen binnen de housekeeping Dit ben jij Ben jij de teamleider met ervaring die wij zoeken?
