Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich meteen welkom voelen. Je werkt in een klein, hecht team bestaande uit de directeur, drie vaste medewerkers en in de zomer aangevuld met horeca-oproepkrachten. De lijnen zijn kort, de sfeer is informeel en iedereen helpt elkaar. Wat ga je doen? - Inchecken, uitchecken en informeren van gasten - Aannemen van reserveringen en beantwoorden van vragen per mail en telefoon - Licht administratieve werkzaamheden - Bijkomende taken zoals fietsenverhuur, ijsverkoop etc. - Meedenken over een optimale gastbeleving - Ondersteunen van het team waar nodig Wat bieden wij? - Een veelzijdige baan op een prachtige locatie op Ameland - Een werkweek van 2 a 3 dagen , op woensdag(middag), vrijdag(middag) en zaterdag - Een contract voor de periode april t/m oktober - Een salaris tussen € 2.198 en € 2.634 bruto per maand bij een fulltime dienstverband (38 uur), afhankelijk van opleiding en werkervaring - Werken in een warm, klein team met veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief Wie ben jij? - Je hebt minimaal een mbo niveau 3 werk- en denkniveau - Je bent gastvrij, professioneel en communicatief sterk - Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, maar voelt je ook thuis in een team - Je vindt het leuk om gasten een onvergetelijk verblijf te bezorgen - Je bent beschikbaar in de genoemde periode en kunt in ieder geval op woensdag en zaterdag werken Interesse?
