Werk je graag praktisch en heb je oog voor een nette afwerking? Als Parelstraler bereid je onderdelen voor, behandel je ze met de straalinstallatie en controleer je het resultaat. Ervaring met parelstralen is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste als je technisch inzicht hebt en het vak wilt leren.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt met onderdelen die een specifieke oppervlaktebehandeling nodig hebben. Dat vraagt aandacht voor zowel de voorbereiding als de uiteindelijke afwerking.

• Je reinigt onderdelen en bereidt ze voor op het parelstralen

• Je maskeert zones die niet behandeld mogen worden

• Je stelt de parelstraalapparatuur correct in

• Je bedient de installatie volgens de juiste specificaties

• Je controleert het behandelde oppervlak en voert correcties uit waar nodig

• Je reinigt en onderhoudt de straalcabine en apparatuur

• Je houdt je werkplek proper en georganiseerd

• Je volgt de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften

Het is een praktische functie waarbij je zelfstandig werkt en regelmatig met zwaardere materialen bezig bent. Je hoeft nog geen ervaren parelstraler te zijn. De juiste technische basis en zin om het werk aan te leren zijn minstens zo belangrijk.

• Je hebt technisch inzicht en oog voor detail

• Ervaring met parelstralen of andere oppervlaktebehandelingen is een pluspunt, geen vereiste

• Je kunt fysiek werk met zwaardere materialen uitvoeren

• Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk

• Je bent flexibel wanneer de werkinhoud daarom vraagt

• Je werkt veilig, nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar
