Parkingwachter

Als parkingwachter zal je 70% van de tijd bezig zijn met het onderhoud van de parking, daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en sta je in voor technische interventies.

  • Zelfstandig beheren van meerdere parkings (bovengronds en ondergronds)
  • Dagelijkse controle bij aanvang van de werkdag: is alles proper, werkt alles correct? Jij stelt de prioriteiten.
  • Kleine technische interventies uitvoeren op meldingen van de klantendienst (zoals slagbomen en ticketsystemen)
  • Indien het probleem niet door jou opgelost kan worden: correcte en tijdige opvolging naar de technische dienst
  • Klein onderhoud uitvoeren: vegen, gebruik van poetsmachines, spinnenwebben verwijderen, en zorgen dat de omgeving steeds netjes en presentabel is
  • Voorraad opvolgen en tickets aanvullen waar nodig
  • Klanten vriendelijk te woord staan bij vragen over betalingen, laadpalen, de omgeving of algemene parkingsituaties – soms ben je ook het luisterend oor voor buren of eigenaars

Parkeerwachter openbare weg

  • Controle op geldige parkeertickets, bewonerskaarten, parkeerschijven of andere toegelaten documenten
  • Opstellen van retributies volgens het parkeerbeleid van de stad, via een handcomputer en ondersteund door digitale vaststellingen
  • Informeren en begeleiden van burgers over parkeerregels, betaalmogelijkheden en algemene mobiliteitsvragen
  • Vriendelijk en deskundig klantencontact, ook in situaties waar klachten of frustraties naar voren komen
  • Werken volgens de kernwaarden van Indigo: klantgericht, respectvol, professioneel en oplossingsgericht
  • Je ontvangt een intensieve on-the-field opleiding zodat je goed voorbereid je functie kunt uitvoeren.
  • Je schrikt niet terug voor fysiek werk of minder nette omgevingen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en een eigen wagen.
  • Je kan een blanco bewijs goed gedrag en zeden voorleggen.
  • Je beheerst vlot de Nederlandse taal.
  • Je houdt van wandelen en bewegen – 10.000 stappen per dag is voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en voelt je verantwoordelijk – je ziet werk en stelt je eigen planning op.
  • Je bent klantgericht, geduldig en vriendelijk in omgang met diverse mensen.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en voert graag kleine herstellingen of controles uit.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld (zowel qua werkuren als locaties) en werkt vlot samen met collega’s om de taken efficiënt te verdelen.
  • Je schrikt niet terug voor fysiek werk of minder nette omgevingen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en weet professioneel om te gaan met klachten of onverwachte situaties.
  • Werken in shiften (6u-14u/ 14u-22u en 22u-6u) geven jou energie.
