Voor deze dynamische omgeving zoeken wij een parkmanager die rust en richting brengt, teams motiveert en met plezier meebouwt aan de verdere professionalisering van het park. De kern van de functie De parkmanager vormt het middelpunt van de dagelijkse operatie. Hij of zij beweegt zich constant tussen de verschillende afdelingen en weet precies waar de aandacht op dat moment nodig is. Een belangrijk deel van de functie ligt bij de horeca: dit is de grootste en meest dynamische afdeling, waar zowel de dagelijkse aansturing als de verdere professionalisering nog veel groeimogelijkheden biedt. Op drukke dagen sta je letterlijk midden in de organisatie: je bent zichtbaar op het terrein, ondersteunt medewerkers, beantwoordt vragen, stuurt bij en zorgt ervoor dat gasten een zorgeloze dag ervaren. Tegelijkertijd ben je een sparringpartner op niveau voor de directie en denk je mee over beleid, strategie en toekomstplannen. De rol omvat een breed werkveld. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de receptie, horeca, huishoudelijke dienst, skik (indoor speeltuin), recreatie, de supermarkt en het zwembad. In elk van deze onderdelen spelen andere uitdagingen, seizoensinvloeden en teamstructuren. De kunst is om de juiste balans te vinden tussen structuur, flexibiliteit en gastvrijheid, zodat iedereen - van collega tot vakantiegast - merkt dat er iemand staat die overzicht heeft en kwaliteit waarborgt.
