Op onze dagbehandeling voor jonge kinderen werk je in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. We bieden begeleiding aan kinderen die te maken hebben met ontwikkelingsachterstanden, gedragsproblemen of complexe gezinssituaties. Dit doen we door te kijken naar wat het kind nodig heeft en aan te sluiten bij hun behoefte. Jij draait volledig mee in het multidisciplinaire team en krijgt intensieve begeleiding van ervaren jeugdzorgwerkers. Saai wordt het nooit, leerzaam altijd. Dit ga je doen Op de dagbehandeling werk je met kinderen van 2 tot en met 6 jaar die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben in hun ontwikkeling. Je wordt actief betrokken bij alle onderdelen van het behandelproces. Je: - organiseert en begeleidt spel- en ontwikkelingsgerichte activiteiten (individueel en in groepjes) - observeert gedrag, ontwikkeling en interacties van de kinderen en legt dit zorgvuldig vast - ondersteunt bij het opstellen, uitvoeren en evalueren van behandelplannen - werkt nauw samen met ouders/verzorgers en betrekt hen bij de voortgang van de kinderen - stemt af met collega's zoals jeugdzorgwerkers, gedragswetenschappers, gezinscoaches en betrokken disciplines zoals logopedie, fysiotherapie en onderwijs - draagt bij aan een veilige, warme en voorspelbare omgeving waarin kinderen kunnen groeien Je wordt stap voor stap meegenomen in alle processen, met als doel dat je aan het einde van je stage klaar bent ...
