Voor een fijne tandartspraktijk zoeken wij een enthousiaste professional die preventie én parodontale zorg belangrijk vindt. Jij weet als geen ander dat goede mondzorg verder gaat dan alleen een behandeling en neemt patiënten graag mee in het verbeteren van hun mondgezondheid. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken binnen een professioneel en betrokken team. Kopje Rovidam Rovidam is al ruim 25 jaar actief in de arbeidsbemiddeling binnen de mondzorg en weet daardoor precies wat er speelt bij tandartspraktijken. Iedere regio heeft een eigen recruiter die de praktijken kent en snel kan schakelen wanneer er een passende mogelijkheid voorbijkomt. Wij luisteren naar jouw wensen en zoeken vervolgens naar een praktijk waar jij je zowel professioneel als persoonlijk thuis kunt voelen. Voor jou als kandidaat is onze bemiddeling bovendien volledig gratis en kan deze anoniem verlopen. Zo ziet jouw werkdag eruit In deze functie voer je zelfstandig preventieve en parodontale werkzaamheden uit en begeleid je patiënten naar een betere mondgezondheid. Je geeft voorlichting en advies, neemt waar nodig anamneses af, geeft individuele mondhygiëne-instructies en voert onder andere plaque- en bloedingstesten uit. Ook verwijder je supragingivale plaque en tandsteen, polijst je gebitselementen en herken je symptomen van gingivitis en parodontitis. Je bespreekt jouw bevindingen en de uitgevoerde behandeling met de patiënt en behandelaar, plant indien nodig een vervolgafspraak en zorgt ervoor dat alle gegevens netjes worden geregistreerd in de daarvoor ...
