vacature ParticipatieMaatje Geplaatst door Stichting Voor Elkaar Zwolle Reageren tot Dinsdag 22 december 2026 Omschrijving / werkzaamheden Als ParticipatieMaatje help je nieuwe Nederlanders op weg in de Zwolse samenleving. Je gaat een vertrouwensband aan en trekt een langere tijd met iemand op, om ze meer zelfredzaam te maken in de Zwolse samenleving en aansluiting te laten vinden in de stad. Je ondersteunt ze bij het opbouwen van een sociaal netwerk, het vinden van een goede daginvulling (bijvoorbeeld vrijwilligerswerk, werk, sport, cursussen of activiteiten) en je ondersteunt bij praktische vragen (bijvoorbeeld rond formulieren, brieven en relevante organisaties/instanties). ParticipatieMaatje kan je ook zijn met je hele gezin, als ervaringskundige. Wij koppelen je graag aan een nieuw komend gezin in Zwolle. Wie zijn deze nieuwe Nederlanders? Alleenstaande (jonge) mannen en vrouwen of gezinnen die een helpende hand kunnen gebruiken. Zij zijn al even in Nederland en hebben een tijd doorgebracht in een asielzoekerscentrum voordat zij in Zwolle zijn komen wonen. Bij het koppelen van deelnemers en maatjes kijken wij goed naar beide partijen, waarin we rekening houden met cultuurverschillen en gedeelde interesses. Vaardigheden - Je voelt je betrokken bij de doelgroep; - Je bent bereid om op te trekken met nieuwe Nederlanders in een ingrijpende periode van hun leven en hen te ondersteunen op basis van gelijkwaardigheid; - Je bent initiatiefrijk, daadkrachtig en stabiel; - Je kunt goed luisteren, vragen stellen en je inleven in de ander en zijn/haar cultuur; - Je hebt een positieve levensinstelling; - Je wilt je voor langere tijd inzetten. - Je ziet het zitten om een vertrouwelijke band aan te gaan met iemand in een kwetsbare situatie.
