Voor een sterk groeiend accountancykantoor binnen ons netwerk zoeken we een Partner/Vennoot die méér wil dan enkel dossiers beheren. Iemand die inhoud, ondernemerschap en leiderschap weet te combineren.

Geen klassieke “meewerkende vennoot”-rol, maar een sleutelpositie voor wie strategisch wil meebouwen aan een toekomstgericht kantoor.

Jouw rol: bouwen, begeleiden en groeien Als partner neem je een sleutelpositie op binnen het kantoor. Je combineert inhoudelijke expertise met strategisch inzicht en commerciële drive.

Concreet:

  • Beheren en strategisch adviseren van een eigen klantenportefeuille
  • Optimaliseren van complexe dossiers op fiscaal, boekhoudkundig en vennootschapsrechtelijk vlak
  • Begeleiden van klanten bij fiscale controles, herstructureringen en overnames
  • Actief bijdragen aan de commerciële groei en verdere uitbouw van het kantoor
  • Coachen en ondersteunen van het team
  • Mee vormgeven aan de langetermijnstrategie en organisatie

Belangrijk: idealiter beschik je reeds over een eigen klantenportefeuille of ben je in staat om deze op korte termijn actief uit te bouwen. Je bent geen klassieke accountant. Je bent een ondernemer met cijfers in de vingers en mensen in het vizier. Iemand die verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen, relaties op lange termijn bouwt en impact wil maken.

We herkennen ons in jou als je:

  • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring hebt binnen accountancy en ITAA-lid bent
  • Beschikt over een sterk netwerk en commerciële maturiteit
  • Strategisch denkt en kansen ziet waar anderen stoppen
  • Natuurlijk leiderschap toont en graag mensen laat groeien
  • Communicatief sterk bent en vertrouwen uitstraalt bij klanten
  • Ambitie hebt om mee te bouwen aan een duurzaam en toekomstgericht kantoor
