Of beter nog: van de eindverantwoordelijkheid van al onze deals, verspreid over ruim 114 regio's. Elke dag komen er per regio twee nieuwe deals online en jouw team op onze binnendienst is de laatste afdeling die controleert of alles goed staat en de deals live zet. Waar houd je je zoal mee bezig als Partner Support medewerker bij Social Deal? - Jij bent eindverantwoordelijke voor alle deals die in jouw toegewezen regio's zijn live gaan. Geen enkele deal gaat online voordat deze is gecheckt door een collega van de afdeling Partner Support - Je kruipt daarbij in de huid van de consument en zorgt dat alle vragen die ze mogelijk zouden kunnen stellen, op voorhand getackeld worden en alles volgens afspraak is - Je belt, appt en mailt met onze partners (de bedrijven waar Social Deal mee samenwerkt) en onze accountmanagers om deals te finetunen en alle nodige informatie te achterhalen. Volledigheid is jouw mantra! - Je bespreekt en stelt ons reserveersysteem in i.o.m. onze partners - Je bent de verbindende factor tussen verschillende afdelingen en bouwt relaties op met partners. Je zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nageleefd en schakelt snel bij vragen of problemen, zodat er altijd een passende oplossing komt voor zowel partner als consument Vereisten Wat vinden wij belangrijk? - Je beheerst de Duitse taal voldoende om je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk goed verstaanbaar te maken. Daarnaast beheers je Engels of Nederlands goed (Duits hoeft geen moedertaal te zijn) - Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau - Dat jij met plezier naar je werk gaat - Dat jij een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel hebt en de juiste prioriteiten kan stellen - Dat je commerciële skills hebt en deze ook weet in te zetten voor Social Deal - Je bent geduldig en vriendelijk aan de telefoon, maar weet ook ho...
