Door hun goede naam is autonome groei bijna vanzelfsprekend geworden. Zij zoeken een Vennoot Accountant AA / RA (24-40 uur per week) die door wil groeien tot medevennoot. Functie omschrijving Als Vennoot Accountant AA / RA krijg je een uitdagende functie binnen ons bedrijf met veel verantwoordelijkheid en de mogelijkheid om door te groeien tot medevennoot. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor door collega's opgestelde jaarrekeningen en de kwaliteit van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden zoals rapportage en dossiervorming. Verder behoren onderstaande zaken tot jouw werkzaamheden: - Het begeleiden van collega's met hun werkzaamheden en het aansturen van het accountancy team; - Het inschakelen van collega specialisten voor werkzaamheden wanneer dit nodig is; - Het onderhouden van relaties met bestaande klanten en het gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseren van klanten; - Het werven van nieuwe klanten en het uitbouwen van relaties met bestaande klanten. Functie eisen Wij zoeken een ambitieuze kandidaat met een klantgerichte instelling die vooruit denkt en kansen ziet. Je beschikt over uitstekende analytische vaardigheden, bent op de hoogte van- en kunt anticiperen op ontwikkelingen bij klanten en werkt zowel goed zelfstandig als in teamverband. Om in aanmerking te komen voor de functie van Vennoot Accountant AA / RA voldoe je verder aan de volgende functie eisen: - Een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding richting Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie of soortgelijk; - AA of RA titel; - >5 jaar ervaring in de accountancy; - Woonachtig in een straal van 30 km rondom Nijmegen.
