Bedrijfsomschrijving

Onze klant is een snelgroeiende speler binnen duurzame mobiliteit en ontwikkelt een uitgebreid netwerk van laadstations voor elektrische voertuigen. Met een sterke aanwezigheid in Europa zet het bedrijf volop in op innovatie, gebruiksgemak en een optimale laadervaring voor zowel particuliere als professionele bestuurders.

Omschrijving

In deze rol krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om het gebruik van bestaande laadstations verder te verhogen. Je bouwt partnerships uit, optimaliseert de zichtbaarheid van locaties en analyseert voortdurend welke acties de grootste impact genereren.

Je werkt grotendeels vanuit kantoor, maar gaat regelmatig het terrein op om opportuniteiten te identificeren en de effectiviteit van acties te evalueren.

Jouw taken

  • Prioriteiten bepalen voor bestaande laadlocaties en een actieplan opstellen.
  • Nieuwe commerciële en marketinginitiatieven uitwerken om meer gebruikers aan te trekken.
  • Contact opnemen met bestaande en potentiële partners.
  • Samenwerken met B2B-partners zoals mobiliteitsplatformen, leasingmaatschappijen en bedrijven.
  • Marketingcampagnes organiseren en opvolgen.
  • De zichtbaarheid van laadstations verbeteren (signalisatie, lokale activaties, promoties, enz.).
  • Resultaten analyseren en aanbevelingen formuleren op basis van data.
  • Feedback van klanten en partners verzamelen en vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met verschillende interne stakeholders.

Als Partnership Manager heb je het volgende profiel:

  • Je bent zelfstandig en neemt graag ownership over een project.
  • Minimum 1 jaar relevante ervaring binnen: Accountmanagement, Cross-selling of upselling, Brand Management, Sales Representative functies, Partnership Management
  • Ervaring met het zelfstandig beheren van projecten is een sterke troef.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans.

  • Je hebt een analytische mindset en neemt beslissingen op basis van data.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe technologieën en voelt je comfortabel met AI-tools.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en bouwt gemakkelijk relaties op.
  • Je combineert commerciële feeling met een marketinggerichte aanpak.
  • Je bent proactief en ziet opportuniteiten waar anderen ze missen.
