The posting

Als Parts Advisor ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van onderdelen voor onderhoud en herstellingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat techniekers altijd over de juiste onderdelen beschikken, zodat het werk vlot verloopt. Daarnaast help je klanten aan de balie en geef je hen correct advies over de onderdelen die ze nodig hebben. Je verwerkt inkomende bestellingen en je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging van offertes en bestekken.

Een gemiddelde werkdag bestaat uit het klaarzetten van onderdelen voor de werkplaats, klanten verderhelpen aan de balie, inkomende bestellingen verwerken en het beheren van de voorraad. Je voert regelmatig stocktellingen uit, plaatst bestellingen en volgt retourzendingen nauwgezet op. Dankzij jouw organisatorisch talent behoud je het overzicht, ook als de prioriteiten veranderen.

  • Je hebt kennis van en/of ervaring in de automotive sector
  • Enthousiaste schoolverlaters zijn ook welkom
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en communicatief sterk
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en kan goed organiseren
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van IT-systemen
  • Je neemt vlot initiatief en kan goed om met wisselende prioriteiten
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands (Frans/Engels is een plus)
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een afwisselend ploegenstelsel: vroege ploeg (06u00 – 13u00) en late ploeg (13u00 – 21u00 & zaterdag 06u00 – 12u00)
  • Je beschikt minimaal over hoger secundair onderwijs (BSO, TSO, ASO)
