Jobomschrijving

Als Parts Advisor zorg jij ervoor dat het onderdelenmagazijn efficiënt draait en dat de juiste onderdelen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen leveranciers, magazijn, werkplaats en klanten.Dankzij jouw technische kennis, organisatorisch talent en nauwkeurige aanpak verloopt de onderdelenstroom vlot en kunnen de techniekers optimaal hun werk uitvoeren. Wat ga je doen?· Je beheert de volledige onderdelencyclus: van bestelling en opvolging tot ontvangst, opslag en uitgifte.· Je bestelt onderdelen via de interne systemen en volgt leveringen nauwgezet op.· Je controleert bestellingen op aantallen, kwaliteit en eventuele transportschade.· Je verwerkt ontvangen goederen correct in de voorraadadministratie.· Je bewaakt de stock en houdt rekening met garanties, beschikbaarheid en levertermijnen.· Je ondersteunt de werkplaats door het verstrekken van de juiste onderdelen en technisch advies.· Je registreert nauwkeurig de gebruikte onderdelen op werkorders.· Je volgt de goederenstroom op van ontvangst tot verkoop en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking in de verschillende systemen.· Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers en interne collega's om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.

· Je bent klantgericht, flexibel en denkt oplossingsgericht.· Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en neemt graag initiatief.· Je communiceert vlot met zowel collega's als klanten.· Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.· Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen een magazijn-, onderdelen- of automotivefunctie.· Je beschikt over een goede kennis van auto-onderdelen en hebt een sterke technische interesse.· Je bent administratief sterk en werkt vlot met digitale systemen.· Je houdt ervan om overzicht te bewaren en meerdere taken tegelijk op te volgen.· Teamwork en servicegerichtheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
