Je werk bestaat uit ondersteuning van de werkplaats, klantenservice en stockbeheer.

  • Je zorgt dat onderdelen voor onderhoud en herstellingen tijdig klaarstaan voor de techniekers en je geeft correcte informatie door voor de opmaak van offertes en bestekken.
  • Je bedient en adviseert klanten en verwerkt inkomende bestellingen op een correcte en vlotte manier.
  • Je beheert de voorraad, voert regelmatig stocktellingen uit, plaatst stockbestellingen en volgt retourzendingen nauwkeurig op.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie heb je kennis van en/of ervaring in de automotive sector en ben je beschikbaar voor een wekelijks afwisselend ploegenstelsel.

  • Je hebt kennis van en/of ervaring in de automotive sector.
  • Je beschikt over goede administratieve vaardigheden en een goede kennis van IT-systemen.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld, communicatief vaardig en werkt met oog voor detail.
  • Je kan zowel in team als zelfstandig werken, neemt initiatief en gaat vlot om met wisselende prioriteiten.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een wekelijks afwisselend ploegenstelsel: vroege ploeg: maandag t/m vrijdag van 06u00 tot 13u00 late ploeg: maandag t/m vrijdag van 13u00 tot 21u00 en zaterdag van 06u00 tot 12u00
