Ben je op zoek naar een job waarbij je je technische kennis kan inzetten zonder zelf nog onder een motorkap te kruipen? Voor een stabiele autospeler in de regio Aalst zoeken we een parts advisor die zijn of haar weg kent in autotechniek én graag in contact staat met collega’s en klanten.

Deze functie is ideaal voor iemand die al ervaring heeft in een onderdelenmagazijn of voor een autotechnieker die het fysieke werk liever achter zich laat, maar wél zijn technische achtergrond wil blijven gebruiken. Je komt terecht bij een familiebedrijf dat al meer dan 60 jaar actief is in de verkoop en dienst-na-verkoop van personenwagens. Vanuit verschillende vestigingen in Oost-Vlaanderen bedient het bedrijf zowel particuliere als zakelijke klanten. Er wordt sterk ingezet op klantentevredenheid, kwaliteit en respect.

De teams zijn hecht, professioneel en werken nauw samen om een vlotte service te garanderen. Dankzij de link met een internationaal automerk krijg je bovendien toegang tot opleidingen, doorgroeimogelijkheden en technologische ondersteuning.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat techniekers altijd beschikken over de juiste onderdelen om hun werk vlot uit te voeren
  • Bestellen, ontvangen & controleren van onderdelen zoals olie, banden, accessoires en Volvo-onderdelen
  • Organiseren en optimaliseren van het magazijn, inclusief inventaris en stockbeheer
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de aantrekkelijke presentatie van accessoires in de showroom
  • Aan de toonbank adviseer je klanten en verkoop je actief onderdelen en accessoires
  • Je volgt garantieonderdelen op, beheert retourzendingen en behandelt klachten of credits
  • Je ondersteunt de receptie met telefonisch onthaal, opmaak van werkorders, offertes, facturatie en claims
  • Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van autotechniek
  • Vlot met IT-toepassingen en je kan goed overweg met digitale systemen
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands voor intern overleg en klantcontact
