Voor een stabiele autoverdeler in regio Aalst zoeken we een ervaren parts advisor.

Functieomschrijving

Als parts advisor zorg jij ervoor dat techniekers snel beschikken over de juiste onderdelen en klanten correct geholpen worden. Je combineert technisch inzicht met administratie, stockbeheer en klantencontact.

Je takenpakket:

  • Onderdelen bestellen, controleren en ontvangen
  • Magazijnbeheer en stockopvolging
  • Inventaris uitvoeren en stock optimaliseren
  • Onderdelen en accessoires verkopen aan de toonbank
  • Garantieaanvragen en retourzendingen opvolgen
  • Klachten en creditnota’s behandelen
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan receptie en balie
  • Werkorders, offertes en facturatie opmaken
  • Klanten telefonisch en aan het onthaal verder helpen
  • Showroompresentatie van accessoires verzorgen

Je zit dus niet de hele dag achter een bureau. Ook niet de hele dag in een magazijn. Net die afwisseling maakt deze job interessant.

  • Minimum TSO of graduaat diploma
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen automotive
  • Technische kennis van autotechniek is noodzakelijk
  • Sterke administratieve skills
  • Vlot met IT toepassingen
  • Klantvriendelijk en communicatief
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands
  • Basiskennis Frans en Engels is mooi meegenomen
  • Rijbewijs B
  • Probleemoplossend en georganiseerd kunnen werken
