Heb jij een passie voor techniek én weet jij altijd het juiste onderdeel te vinden? Voor één van onze klanten zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Parts Advisor. Ben jij technisch aangelegd, werk je nauwkeurig en haal je energie uit klantencontact? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien wel iets voor jou!

Jouw functie Als Parts Advisor ben jij de spil tussen de werkplaats, leveranciers en klanten. Dankzij jouw expertise zorg je ervoor dat de juiste onderdelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn en dat zowel collega's als klanten kunnen rekenen op een vlotte en professionele service. Je beheert het volledige traject van onderdelen: van bestelling en stockbeheer tot levering en administratieve opvolging. Daarnaast geef je technisch advies en bouw je mee aan sterke klantenrelaties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren van de volledige onderdelenstroom: bestellen, opvolgen, ontvangen en stockbeheer.
  • Verwerken van aanvragen van zowel interne collega's als externe klanten.
  • Correct bestellen van onderdelen en nauwgezet opvolgen van leveringen en backorders.
  • Adviseren van klanten en collega's over de juiste onderdelen en technische oplossingen.
  • Klanten professioneel verder helpen via telefoon, e-mail en aan de balie.
  • Actief onderhouden en uitbouwen van klantenrelaties, inclusief prospectiebezoeken.
  • Correct administratief verwerken van bestellingen en dossiers.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's om een efficiënte dienstverlening te garanderen.

Je bent iemand die techniek combineert met een commerciële en klantgerichte ingesteldheid. Je houdt ervan om georganiseerd te werken en denkt steeds oplossingsgericht.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een technisch diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Affiniteit met de automotive sector; kennis van auto-onderdelen is een sterke troef.
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkhouding.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Commerciële feeling en oog voor opportuniteiten.
  • Zelfstandigheid, maar ook een echte teamspirit.
  • Een proactieve en verantwoordelijke ingesteldheid.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede basis Frans.
