JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

Verantwoordelijk voor een optimale voorraad in het magazijn:

  • Bepaalt juiste voorraadniveaus en hoeveelheden op basis van historische gegevens
  • Volgt actuele in- en uitgaande parts bewegingen mee op en werkt mee aan een optimale stock
  • Respecteert/optimaliseert de magazijnindeling en bepaalt mee waar welke goederen worden geplaatst

Verantwoordelijk voor een correcte in- en uitstroom van goederen in het magazijn:

  • Bestelt onderdelen en volgt hierbij de bestaande procedures
  • Bestelt bij diverse leveranciers volgens de geldende procedures
  • Controleert de kwantiteit en kwaliteit van leveringen
  • Beheert retour- en garantieonderdelen
  • Zorgt voor een correcte (analoge en digitale) registratie / administratie van deze taken

Verantwoordelijk voor een correcte belevering van collega’s en klanten:

  • Neemt de bestellingen op van nieuwbouw, werkplaats en balieklanten
  • Maakt goederen klaar volgens bepalingen op werkorders
  • Legt de onderdelen klaar op de voorziene plaats
  • Coördineert de bestellingen, registreert en verwerkt de lopende orders.
  • Stelt bestekken op
  • Denkt oplossingsgericht bij eventuele bevoorradingsproblemen
  • Ondersteunt de mecaniciens en klanten zoveel als mogelijk en streeft zowel intern als extern naar een optimale klantentevredenheid

Verantwoordelijk voor de orde, netheid en veiligheid in het magazijn:

  • Erkent het belang van orde, veiligheid en netheid in het magazijn en volgt de regels hieromtrent

BIJTAKEN

  • Is back up voor de receptie
  • telefoon – onthaal – opmaken werkorders bij afwezigheid van receptionisten
  • Doet onderhoud van het magazijn
  • Neemt deel aan jaarlijkse stocktelling
  • Je hebt een auto-technische opleiding genoten of ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen de sector.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van onderdelen (en werktuigen) van vrachtwagens of auto’s
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, enthousiast en beschikt over de nodige communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
  • Je hebt zin voor orde, netheid en organisatie.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Word, Excel en Outlook.
