Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in een moderne technische omgeving waar dagelijks aan zware voertuigen wordt gewerkt?

Voor een gevestigde speler in de automotive sector in regio Gent zoeken we een Parts Manager. Deze organisatie staat al jaren bekend om haar expertise in onderhoud, service en technische ondersteuning van professionele voertuigen binnen de transportsector.

Binnen verschillende werkplaatsen werken techniekers, magazijnmedewerkers en servicecoördinatoren nauw samen om klanten snel en efficiënt verder te helpen. De werkplaatsen zijn uitgerust met moderne infrastructuur en de teams functioneren in een open werkomgeving waar samenwerking en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.

Voor de vestiging in regio Gent zoeken we een Parts Manager die het magazijn organiseert en ervoor zorgt dat techniekers steeds over de juiste onderdelen beschikken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Het beheer van het magazijn en de onderdelenvoorraad zodat techniekers steeds over de juiste onderdelen beschikken.
  • Daarnaast zorg je voor een vlotte toelevering van onderdelen aan mechaniekers en klanten binnen de werkplaats.
  • Verder stem je dagelijks af met receptionisten, magazijniers en werkplaatsverantwoordelijken om de planning te ondersteunen.
  • Bovendien behandel je vragen of klachten rond onderdelen en zoek je samen met het team naar een oplossing.
  • Tot slot neem je administratieve taken op zoals bestellingen, stockopvolging en registratie in het systeem.
  • Een opleiding in een technische of automotive richting vormt een sterke basis, bijvoorbeeld mechanica of autotechniek.
  • Daarnaast heb je enkele jaren ervaring in een magazijn-, parts- of automotive omgeving en voel je je comfortabel in een rol met verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Verder werk je vlot met een computer en ben je administratief nauwkeurig bij stockbeheer en bestellingen.
  • Tot slot communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands omwille van veiligheidsredenen, terwijl kennis van Frans of Engels een mooie meerwaarde vormt.
