The posting

Voor een klant binnen de automotive sector zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven baliemedewerker. In deze veelzijdige functie vorm je de schakel tussen klanten, techniekers en het onderdelenmagazijn.

Affiniteit met auto's is hierbij belangrijk. Je hoeft zelf geen herstellingen uit te voeren of opgeleid automecanicien te zijn, maar enige technische interesse en kennis van voertuigen en auto-onderdelen is wel nodig. Zo begrijp je welke onderdelen techniekers nodig hebben, kan je gericht meezoeken naar oplossingen en help je klanten correct verder.

Naast het contact met klanten en techniekers zorg je voor een vlotte verwerking van bestellingen, leveringen en retourzendingen. Ook het voorraadbeheer en de administratieve opvolging behoren tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid.

Tot jouw taken behoren onder andere:

  • Techniekers ondersteunen bij vragen en de juiste onderdelen voor hen klaarzetten
  • Klanten ontvangen en verder helpen aan de balie
  • Binnenkomende telefoons over onderdelen en bestellingen behandelen
  • Auto-onderdelen opzoeken, bestellen en correct beheren in de stock
  • Leveringen ontvangen en verwerken
  • Retourzendingen naar leveranciers afhandelen
  • Bestellingen, aankopen en verkopen administratief opvolgen
  • Zorgen voor een nette en overzichtelijke werkplek
  • Een duidelijke affiniteit met auto's en de automotive sector
  • Basiskennis van voertuigen en auto-onderdelen of voldoende technische interesse om dit snel aan te leren
  • Een achtergrond als automecanicien is niet vereist – zelf herstellingen kunnen uitvoeren behoort niet tot de functie
  • Administratief sterk en vlot kunnen werken met computersystemen
  • Klantgerichte en communicatieve ingesteldheid
  • Nauwkeurig werken en bestellingen en voorraad correct opvolgen
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om verschillende vragen en taken tegelijk op te volgen
  • Teamgerichte werkhouding en bereidheid om techniekers en collega's te ondersteunen waar nodig
