Voor de functie als parts advisor trucks in de regio van Waregem ben je dé schakel tussen de klant en de werkplaats.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste onderdelen en materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn zodat onderhouds- en herstellingswerken in de garage zelf vlot kunnen verlopen.

Je takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt betreffende onderdelen
  • Je ontvangt de binnenkomende goederen die besteld zijn en controleert of alles weldegelijk correct is
  • Je bestelt materialen en onderdelen die nodig zijn voor onderhouds- en herstellingswerken
  • Je zoekt het juiste onderdeel aan de hand van technische tekeningen van de trucks
  • Je volgt garanties en retours nauwgezet op
  • Je zorgt dat alle materialen tijdig aanwezig zijn (meestal worden onderdelen besteld op werkdag -3)
