In de Truck Centers verkopen, onderhouden en herstellen we trucks en bussen, werken we met originele Volvo onderdelen volgens de beste Volvo methodes en bieden we een groot gamma diensten aan.

Ontmoet jouw team

Het team bestaat uit 3 teams techniekers die samen instaan voor het vlot afwerken van onderhouden en herstellingen aan trucks en bussen. Daarnaast zijn er ook nog Customer Service Representatives die het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten aan de balie of via de telefoon. Samen met jouw collega Parts Advisors sta je in voor een vlotte werking van het magazijn.

Jouw ideale job?

In de functie van Parts Advisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het tijdig aanwezig zijn van alle nodige onderdelen voor onderhouden en herstellingen
  • Het uitpakken van stockleveringen en bestellingen
  • Het klaarzetten van onderdelen voor techniekers
  • Stocktellingen
  • Het opvolgen van terugzendingen
  • Het bedienen van klanten aan de parts-counter

Zijn wij 'the perfect match'?

  • Affiniteit met techniek of automotive is een must. Dit hoeft geen formele opleiding te zijn, maar kan bijvoorbeeld ook verworven zijn door hobby's.
  • Enthousiaste schoolverlaters zijn zeker ook welkom
  • Enthousiaste teamplayer die ook zelfstandig kan werken,
  • Commercieel ingesteld en communicatief vaardig
  • Oog voor detail
  • Flexibel en goed kunnen omgaan met wisselende prioriteiten
  • Administratieve duizendpoot met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden die vlot eigen initiatief neemt
  • Goede kennis van MS Office
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands – Frans en Engels is pluspunt
