Als parts manager heb je heel wat verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Inkopen van onderdelen, gereedschappen en het verzorgen van de bijhorende administratie;
  • Zorgen dat de materialen die worden gebruikt bij reparaties en opbouw van voertuigen steeds aangevuld zijn;
  • Boeken en registreren van gebruikte materialen voor werkplaatsopdrachten;
  • Opvolgen van bestellingen, controleren en registreren van goederen bij levering;
  • Registreren van alle binnenkomende en uitgaande goederen in de materiaaldatabase.

Herken je je volledig in het onderstaande?

  • Een technische achtergrond en hebt daardoor kennis van vrachtwagen- en auto onderdelen;
  • Je hebt ervaring met administratie binnen magazijnbeheer;
  • Flexibele, pro-actieve ingesteldheid en een organisatietalent;
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar in team samenwerken vormt ook geen probleem voor jou.
