Als Parts Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Organisatie en coördinatie van de dagelijkse werking van het onderdelenmagazijn.
  • Tijdige bestelling, ontvangst en verwerking van wisselstukken.
  • Ondersteuning van de werkplaats door het voorzien van de juiste onderdelen.
  • Nauw overleg met collega’s van de werkplaats en service-afdeling.
  • Professioneel klantencontact en adviesverlening over onderdelen.
  • Bewaking van de voorraad en efficiënte administratieve opvolging.
  • Actieve bijdrage aan verbeteringen en optimalisaties in het magazijnbeheer.

Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat?

  • Klanttevredenheid staat centraal; een klantgerichte houding en een positieve uitstraling zijn vanzelfsprekend.
  • Naast een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands is een vlotte communicatie in het Frans en Engels een meerwaarde.
  • Je behaalde een secundair diploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting (TSO).
  • Technische kennis van voertuigen, opgebouwd via opleiding of werkervaring, vormt een sterke troef.
  • Een proactieve aanpak en de bereidheid om initiatief te nemen zijn essentieel.
  • Vlotte beheersing van administratieve systemen en Microsoft Office.
