Ben jij technisch aangelegd, sterk in organisatie en hou je ervan om aankoop, voorraadbeheer en magazijnwerking op elkaar af te stemmen? Dan is deze functie als Parts Manager misschien iets voor jou.

Voor een groeiende technische onderneming zijn we op zoek naar een verantwoordelijke voor het volledige beheer van onderdelen, aankoop en magazijn.

Jouw taken

Als Parts Manager zorg je ervoor dat de juiste onderdelen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Je combineert aankoop, voorraadbeheer, administratie en technische ondersteuning.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • aankopen van onderdelen, materialen en tools bij vaste en alternatieve leveranciers;
  • opvolgen en vergelijken van aankoopprijzen;
  • zoeken naar nieuwe leveranciers en interessante alternatieven;
  • beheren en optimaliseren van de voorraad;
  • dagelijks opvolgen van voorraadniveaus en bestelparameters;
  • aansturen en begeleiden van een magazijnmedewerker;
  • opmaken en verwerken van offertes en verkooporders;
  • ondersteunen van collega’s bij technische vragen rond onderdelen;
  • meewerken aan een vlotte service- en aftersaleswerking;
  • waar nodig zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen steken in het magazijn.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zowel administratief als praktisch sterk is.

Je beschikt over:

  • een goede technische interesse of affiniteit;
  • interesse om productkennis verder op te bouwen;
  • een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken;
  • voldoende zelfstandigheid om prioriteiten te bepalen;
  • goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands;
  • voldoende kennis van het Frans om een eenvoudig gesprek te voeren;
  • een hands-on mentaliteit en echte teamspirit.

Ervaring binnen aankoop, magazijnbeheer, onderdelenbeheer, automotive, machines of een technische omgeving is uiteraard een sterke troef.
