Voor een gekende autogroep in de regio zijn wij op zoek naar een commerciële en logistieke Parts Service Advisor. In deze combifunctie ben jij de expert die zorgt dat de juiste auto-onderdelen op de juiste plaats geraken, én adviseer je klanten aan de balie. De perfecte match tussen magazijnbeheer en klantencontact!

  • Verkopen en adviseren van auto-onderdelen en accessoires aan de balie (aan zowel particulieren als professionele carrossiers/garagisten).
  • Beheren van het onderdelenmagazijn, inclusief de ontvangst, controle en opslag van binnenkomende goederen.
  • Voorbereiden van de nodige wisselstukken voor de techniekers in de eigen werkplaats zodat zij efficiënt kunnen doorwerken.
  • Bestellen van specifieke onderdelen bij de invoerder en de levertermijnen nauwgezet opvolgen.
  • Administratief verwerken van de orders, facturatie en het opvolgen van de stocktellingen.
  • Affiniteit met autotechniek is een must om klanten en techniekers correct te kunnen begrijpen en adviseren.
  • Ervaring in een magazijn- of baliefunctie binnen de automotive sector is een heel grote plus.
  • Klantgericht met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een commerciële flair.
  • Nauwkeurig en computervaardig voor het vlot werken met catalogi en voorraadsystemen.
  • Stressbestendig om ook tijdens de ochtend- of avondpiek het overzicht te bewaren.
