Breng rust in een druk gezin en word de onmisbare steunpilaar. Als Family Assistant/Nanny ondersteun je gezinnen met een veeleisende professionele agenda. Deze functie is uitsluitend parttime (13 à 20 uur per week) en vraagt iemand die vlot Nederlands spreekt, een rijbewijs B heeft en graag langdurig met één gezin samenwerkt (meerdere jaren)

Je brengt rust, structuur en continuïteit tijdens de belangrijkste momenten van de dag. Je voelt je comfortabel in een gezinsomgeving, neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en helpt zowel in de zorg voor de kinderen als in huishoudelijke taken zoals koken, wassen en strijken,…

Wie kiest voor deze rol, kiest bewust voor stabiliteit, betrokkenheid en een warme samenwerking op lange termijn.

Dan is een functie als Family Assistant / Nanny misschien wel precies wat je zoekt.

Voor verschillende gezinnen verspreid over West-Vlaanderen, Oost-Vlaanderen, Antwerpen, Vlaams-Brabant en Brussel zoeken wij betrokken Family Assistants die een belangrijke rol willen spelen binnen één gezin op lange termijn.

Je biedt niet alleen ondersteuning bij de opvang van de kinderen, maar zorgt ook voor rust, structuur en continuïteit in het dagelijkse gezinsleven. Dankzij jouw hulp kunnen ouders hun professionele en familiale verantwoordelijkheden beter combineren.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Family Assistant ben je een vertrouwd gezicht binnen het gezin en ondersteun je hen op verschillende vlakken:

  • Kinderen ophalen van school of activiteiten
  • Kinderen begeleiden en verzorgen
  • Gezonde maaltijden voorbereiden
  • Lichte huishoudelijke taken uitvoeren
  • Wassen, strijken en op orde houden van de leefruimtes
  • Mee zorgen voor structuur en een vlot verloop van de gezinsorganisatie

Geen twee gezinnen zijn hetzelfde, maar jouw missie blijft dezelfde: rust brengen in een druk gezinsleven.
