Robert Half rekruteert een parttime Hulpboekhouder (m/v/x).

Dit is voor een dynamische, internationaal actieve organisatie in Gent in volle transitie naar een gecentraliseerde financiële werking.

Als Hulpboekhouder speel je een sleutelrol in de verdere uitbouw van de interne boekhouding:

  • Inboeken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen binnen een centraal model;
  • Opstellen van verkoopfacturen;
  • Verwerken van bankverrichtingen en opvolgen van betalingen;
  • Ondersteunen bij financiële rapportering;
  • Mee uitbouwen van efficiënte boekhoudprocessen in samenwerking met externe partners (tax & social compliance).

Aanvullend neem je een aantal ondersteunende taken op, zoals:

  • Praktische coördinatie rond projecten (contracten, keuringen, verzekeringen, data-opvolging);
  • Ondersteuning bij operationele administratie over verschillende landen heen;
  • Algemene organisatorische taken (logistiek, bestellingen, coördinatie externe partijen).

Jouw profiel als Hulpboekhouder:

  • Bachelor/graduaat Accountancy-Fiscaliteit;
  • Eerste relevante ervaring is een plus;
  • Hands-on, gestructureerd en proactief;
  • Sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin en vlot in communicatie.
