Voor Eurofins National Service Center (NSC) Belgium, is Robert Half als exclusieve partner ingeschakeld bij de zoektocht naar een parttime Payroll & Fleet Advisor.

Daarnaast behoort het bedrijf tot de wereldwijde onafhankelijke marktleiders in bepaalde test- en laboratoriumdiensten voor genomica, discovery pharmacology, forensisch onderzoek, CDMO, geavanceerde materiaalwetenschappen en ondersteuning van klinische studies.

In 30 jaar tijd is Eurofins uitgegroeid van één laboratorium in Nantes (Frankrijk) tot een organisatie met meer dan 65.000 medewerkers, verspreid over een netwerk van meer dan 1.000 onafhankelijke ondernemingen in meer dan 57 landen, met meer dan 950 laboratoria.

In 2025 realiseerde Eurofins een totale omzet van EUR 7,296 miljard en behoort het aandeel al meer dan 20 jaar tot de best presterende aandelen in Europa.

Het National Service Center (NSC) Belgium verleent diensten op het gebied van Accounting, Controlling, Payroll, Purchasing en IT Infrastructure aan alle Belgische Eurofins-entiteiten.

Om het team verder te versterken zijn wij op zoek naar de juiste persoon: iemand die alert, servicegericht en verantwoordelijk is, en die met zijn/haar kennis wil bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering en verbetering van de Payroll-afdeling.

Het lokale NSC BE Payroll-team bestaat uit 3 medewerkers en rapporteert aan de Finance Director NSC Belgium.

Je komt terecht in een boeiende en professionele werkomgeving in volle beweging. Er is veel aandacht voor de balans tussen werk en privé (thuiswerk, flexibele uren, vrij te kiezen verlof ...) en men kiest voor een mensgerichte aanpak.

Als Payroll & Fleet advisor heb je volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je verzorgt de loonverwerking in samenspraak met het sociaal secretariaat voor ongeveer 550 bedienden in een team van 3
  • Na elke loonverwerking maak je de maandelijkse rapportering op;
  • Je beheert het tijdsregistratiesysteem;
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers voor al hun vragen betreffende payroll en sociale wetgeving;
  • Je behandelt administratieve HR-taken m.b.t. onboarding, fleet, personeelsadministratie en employee benefits;
  • Je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging van de uitzendkrachten.

Wie ben jij?

  • Een vlotte, leergierige en mensgerichte collega met een eerste HR-ervaring op zak;
  • Iemand met sterke interesse in sociale wetgeving;
  • Je houdt van nauwkeurig en discreet werken maar de FUN factor is minstens even belangrijk - je bent toegankelijk, goedlachs en vriendelijk;
  • Je bent perfect Nederlandstalig en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels. Een mondje Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je denkt probleemoplossend, staat stevig in jouw schoenen en bent communicatief sterk.
