Als partusassistent werk je samen met de verloskundige tijdens bevallingen, een bijzonder moment waarin jij écht het verschil maakt. Je verzorgt, observeert en bewaakt het welzijn van moeder en baby, en biedt de juiste zorg en begeleiding in de eerste uren na de geboorte. Jij zorgt voor een fijne, rustige sfeer waarin ouders kunnen genieten van hun pasgeboren kindje en het herstel goed kan verlopen. In gesprek met Liesbeth Brakenhoff, regiomanager den haag bij GeboorteHotel Haga Waarom is het leuk werken bij het Haga en HMC Westeinde? Geen dag is hetzelfde. In deze functie combineer je medische zorg met persoonlijke aandacht. In het Haga en HMC Westeinde heb je alles bij de hand om de beste zorg te geven. Je ontmoet veel verschillende gezinnen en past jouw zorg aan op wat zij nodig hebben, dat maakt je werk afwisselend, leerzaam en betekenisvol. Daarnaast is het een mooie kans om je netwerk te versterken: je leert alle verloskundigen binnen de regio kennen en bouwt waardevolle contacten op. Veel VIO's gaan na hun studie zelfs aan de slag bij een van de praktijken binnen de regio. Wat zoeken jullie in een nieuwe collega? We zoeken iemand met een warm zorghart en een flexibele instelling, want baby's houden zich niet aan kantoortijden. Natuurlijk heb je een diploma, rijbewijs en KCKZ-registratie, maar jouw betrokkenheid en zorgzame houding vinden we minstens zo belangrijk. Je bent minimaal 16 uur per week beschikbaar en werkt in dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten. En studeer je verloskunde (vanaf leerjaar 3)? Ook dan ben je van harte welkom om bij ons aan de slag te gaan!
