Het hotel bestaat al lange tijd, ontvangt gasten uit het hoogste segment en organiseert naast de dagelijkse operatie grote huwelijken en bedrijfsevents. De rol Dit is jouw pastry-afdeling. Je werkt binnen de keukenorganisatie naast een Executive Chef en de chef van het restaurant en draagt zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen vakgebied. Je maakt onder andere: - patisserie en desserts voor de afternoon tea; - desserts voor de dinerkaart; - pastry voor grote huwelijken; - desserts en patisserie voor bedrijfsevents. Wat bieden wij? - €3.100 tot €3.375 bruto per maand inclusief vakantiegeld; - 38 uur verdeeld over vier werkdagen; - diensten van 09:00 tot 18:00 of 14:00 tot 23:00; - werkzaamheden in het weekend; - verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen pastry-afdeling; - werken in een luxe 5-sterrenhotel; - een werkplek die sterk staat op je cv. Wie ben jij? Je hebt minimaal vier jaar relevante ervaring en een afgeronde koksopleiding. Je beheerst het vak en hebt voldoende ervaring om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te dragen binnen een high-end hotelomgeving. Interesse? Na vier of meer jaar ervaring wil je misschien niet simpelweg méér van hetzelfde.
