DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET

* Produktion mit Schwerpunkt auf Desserts, Kuchen und Torten

* Mitverantwortung für den organisatorischen Ablauf der Produktion und Logistik

* Einhaltung von Rezepturen sowie Sicherstellung unserer Qualitätsstandards

* Bedienung und Reinigung von Produktionsmaschinen und -geräten

* Fachgerechte Lagerung von Rohstoffen und Fertigprodukten

* Verpacken und Bereitstellen der Produkte für Auslieferung oder Verkauf

* Koordination sämtlicher Vorbereitungsaufgaben

* Mitentwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Ideen und Produkte

* Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften (HACCP)

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Konditor:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Berufserfahrung in der Konditorei oder Lebensmittelproduktion

* Freude an der Herstellung von Desserts auf konstant hohem Qualitätsniveau

* Sauberkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Eigenständigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

* Wirtschaftliches Denken und ressourcenschonender Umgang mit Lebensmitteln

* Effiziente Arbeitsweise auch bei hohem Produktionsaufkommen

* Deutschkenntnisse zur guten Kommunikation und gültige Arbeitserlaubnis

* Einwandfreier Leumund (Sicherheitsüberprüfung durch Bundesministerium)

* Führerschein der Klasse B
