Patissier - Regio Bree - Voltijdse functie

Ben jij een gemotiveerde patissier met een passie voor het vak? Voor een moderne bakkerij in de regio Bree zoeken we jou! Je werkt voornamelijk tijdens de nacht en vroege ochtend, zodat onze winkels en leverpunten iedere dag voorzien zijn van verse producten.

  • Heb je een opleiding bakker/patissier gevolgd of ben je gelijkwaardig door ervaring?
  • Heb je minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als patissier?
  • Ben je bereid om 5 dagen per week te werken, inclusief nacht- en weekenddiensten?

Als patissier ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden en afwerken van diverse soorten patisserie. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in een hecht team en zorgt ervoor dat elk product aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen voldoet. Hier zijn je belangrijkste taken:

  • Uitvoeren van de dagelijkse planning en prioriteiten.
  • Taarten maskeren en afwerken.
  • Verschillende soorten patisserie bereiden.
  • Koffiekoeken maken en afwerken.
  • Gebak versieren en perfectioneren.
  • Werken met verschillende ingrediënten en smaken volgens receptuur.
  • Deeg mengen, kneden en verwerken.
  • Producten correct voorbakken en bakken.
  • Nieuwe producten en seizoensgebonden creaties mee ontwikkelen.
  • Meedenken over nieuwe smaken en productideeën.
  • Werkmateriaal en werkruimte netjes en hygiënisch houden.
  • Werken volgens de geldende hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, heb je een opleiding bakker/patissier gevolgd of ben je gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Daarnaast zijn de volgende competenties belangrijk:

  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring als patissier is gewenst.
  • Passie voor patisserie en oog voor detail.
  • Creatief gevoel voor het afwerken van gebak.
  • In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in een team te werken.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en aandacht voor hygiëne en kwaliteit.
  • Stipt, betrouwbaar en verantwoordelijk.
  • Flexibiliteit in de planning.
  • Ervaring met het spuiten van slagroom met een spuitzak is een pluspunt.
  • Hobbybakkers met de nodige ervaring zijn ook van harte welkom.
