Arbeitsausmaß: Vollzeit à 45 Wochenstunden

* abgeschlossene Lehre als Koch - sowie einschlägige Erfahrung als Patissier(e)

Deine Aufgaben

* Herstellung von hochwertigen Süßspeisen, Desserts, Torten und Pralinen

* Entwicklung neuer Rezepte und Kreationen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

* Dekoration und Präsentation von Desserts

* Bestandskontrolle und Bestellung von Zutaten und Materialien

* Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenteam und Unterstützung bei anderen kulinarischen Aufgaben

* Planung und Durchführung von Dessertbuffets und speziellen Events

* Mise en Place
