Voor onze eigen backoffice zijn we op zoek naar een Payroll & Accounting Professional . Samen met twee collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlekkeloze salarisverwerking, een correcte financiële administratie en een tijdige facturatie. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid binnen een organisatie waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Wat ga je doen? Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze medewerkers op tijd hun salaris ontvangen, onze klanten correct worden gefactureerd en onze financiële administratie altijd op orde is. Daarbij houd je overzicht, signaleer je verbeterkansen en ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze organisatie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Het verwerken, controleren en opvolgen van urenregistraties van onze gedetacheerde medewerkers. • Het verzorgen van de complete salarisadministratie en het beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers. • Het opstellen, verwerken en bewaken van facturen en betalingen. • Het uitvoeren van diverse werkzaamheden binnen de financiële administratie en boekhouding. • Het signaleren van afwijkingen en actief bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van administratieve processen. Je profiel • Je beschikt over MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau. • Je hebt ervaring met salarisadministratie, facturatie en boekhouding. • Ervaring met Exact en NMBRS is een pre. • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd. • Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden. • Je pakt nieuwe werkzaamheden snel op en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
