Ben jij een ervaren payrollprofessional die verder kijkt dan administratie alleen? Krijg je energie van procesoptimalisatie, digitalisering en het bouwen van sterke klantrelaties? Dan hebben wij een unieke opportuniteit binnen de luchtvaartsector.

Voor onze samenwerking met een toonaangevende speler in de luchtvaart zoeken wij een Payroll & HR Business Partner die een sleutelrol wil opnemen in een belangrijke transitie naar geautomatiseerde payroll- en HR-processen.

Jouw uitdaging De payrollafdeling staat aan de vooravond van een grote verandering. Manuele processen maken plaats voor slimme automatisering, nieuwe systemen en een meer datagedreven aanpak.

Als Payroll & HR Business Partner zorg jij ervoor dat payroll niet alleen correct verloopt, maar dat processen voortdurend verbeterd worden. Je denkt proactief mee met de klant, analyseert data en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete acties.

Je bent de schakel tussen HR, operations, payroll, het sociaal secretariaat en de klant.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Payroll & HR-administratie

  • Correct voorbereiden en opvolgen van de payroll in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Beheer van personeelsdossiers, contracten, attesten, verzekeringen en sociale documenten.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van ziekte, verlof, adreswijzigingen en andere HR-administratie.
  • Correct registreren en beheren van gegevens in Workday.

Procesoptimalisatie & Digitalisering

  • Actief meewerken aan de implementatie en optimalisatie van nieuwe payrolltools.
  • Opvolgen van payrollrapporteringen en controles.
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen payroll- en HR-processen.
  • Mee vormgeven aan de overgang van manuele naar geautomatiseerde workflows.

Business Partner voor de Klant

  • Proactief signaleren van risico's en verbeteropportuniteiten.
  • Adviseren van stakeholders op basis van data en rapporteringen.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met de klant en interne teams.
  • Regelmatige aanwezigheid op locatie om de noden van de business goed te begrijpen.

Employee Lifecycle

  • Administratieve opvolging van preboarding, onboarding en offboarding.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte medewerkerservaring van indiensttreding tot uitdiensttreding.
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen payroll en HR-administratie, binnen de aviation is een enorme troef.
  • Goede kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Ervaring met payrollvoorbereiding en samenwerking met een sociaal secretariaat.
  • Kennis van Workday of gelijkaardige HR-systemen.
  • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en geïnteresseerd in procesverbetering en digitalisering.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een plus.
  • Ervaring binnen de luchtvaartsector is een sterke troef.
  • In bezit van rijbewijs B.
