Met een 30-tal kantoren en net geen 2000 medewerkers, is onze klant toonaangevend binnen de HRM-sector. Als medewerker ondersteun en adviseer je 81.000 ondernemingen en 135.000 kleine zelfstandigen met hun personeelszaken.

Een verantwoordelijkheid waarbij je de nodige ondersteuning krijgt bij onze klant. De waarde levenslang leren is hier zeker aan de orde. Bij opstart volg je een volledig onboarding-traject. Bestaande uit fysieke opleidingen, e-learning, begeleiding on the job door ervaren collega's, IT-opleidingen...

Ook voor de meest ervaren medewerkers worden er steeds opleidingsdagen georganiseerd zodat zij op de hoogte blijven van de veranderingen binnen bv. sociale wetgeving, compliance en dergelijke meer.

Deze dienstverlening is dan ook de rode draad die gevolgd wordt door alle medewerkers.

Als HR Payroll Consultant On-Site werk je dagelijks bij de klant en stel je jezelf op als partner van de klant.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor :

  • de correcte verwerking van de loonadministratie
  • optimalisatie van processen
  • het geven van algemeen advies
  • werken met verschillende tikkingsystemen

Je werkt zelfstandig en combineert meerdere klanten op maandbasis, afhankelijk van hun behoeften en jouw planning.

Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de Hr-medewerkers en alle andere medewerkers van de onderneming.

Je hebt ervaring met verschillende loonprogramma’s en verdiept je volledig in de tools van de klant.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Wie ben je?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma sociale wetgeving/arbeidsrecht en Payroll of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt een toegepaste kennis van sociaal recht en kennis van payrolltools.
  • Als ondernemende duizendpoot stel je je klant- en oplossingsgericht op.
  • Je bent vlot in de omgang en een taalvaardige communicator.
  • Daarnaast stel je je op als teamspeler die tijd maakt voor uitwisseling en kennisdeling.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar in Vlaanderen en/of Brussel.
