Je functie

• Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een correcte en tijdige opvolging van de jou toegewezen personeelsdossiers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een aantal afdelingen waarvoor je de loonadministratie van A tot Z beheert;

• Je zorgt mee voor een vlotte onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers;

• Je beantwoordt praktische vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden over hun personeelsdossier (verloning, verzekeringen, tijdsregistratie, voordelen…) en staat ook in nauw contact met de HR Business Partners voor allerlei vragen in verband met de toepassing van de sociale wetgeving;

• Je maakt deel uit van het payroll team dat, samen met de andere HR teams, mee instaat voor het goede verloop van de volledige HR dienstverlening;

• Je neemt graag deel aan projectgroepen waar expertise wordt gedeeld in functie van procesoptimalisaties;

• Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving die jou de nodige uitdagingen biedt om je steeds verder te ontwikkelen.

• Je beschikt minimum over een bachelorsdiploma (graduaat) bij voorkeur in personeelswerk, HR Management, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

• Je hebt ervaring met het adviseren van medewerkers en leidinggevenden inzake payroll, loonadministratie en sociale wetgeving, en bent in staat om complexe vragen op een duidelijke en klantgerichte manier toe te lichten.

• Discreet omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie en nauwkeurig werken zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend

• Je onderscheidt je door je organisatietalent, je verantwoordelijkheidszin en kan goed omgaan met strakke deadlines en piekmomenten

• Je werkt zowel graag in team als zelfstandig

• Je hecht belang aan een open communicatie en het onderhouden van goede contacten

• Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het MS-Office-pakket en excel, en je werkt vlot met nieuwe tools

• Ervaring met loonverwerkingspakketten is een pluspunt

• Je beheerst vlot zowel het Nederlands, het Frans en het Engels
