Wat mag je verwachten?

Krijg je energie van sociale wetgeving, een correcte loonverwerking en het opbouwen van duurzame relaties met klanten?

In deze rol kan je rekenen op een gevarieerd takenpakket:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten en staat in voor de volledige loon- en personeelsadministratie van je eigen klantenportefeuille binnen de publieke sector.
  • Als administratieve duizendpoot verwerk je alle sociale documenten tot in de puntjes.
  • Je begeleidt klanten bij hun vragen rond sociale wetgeving, payroll en personeelsadministratie en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met onze juridische experten.
  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met je klanten en ondersteunt hen proactief bij hun dagelijkse payrolluitdagingen.
  • Je volgt de evoluties binnen de sociale wetgeving en de publieke sector op en vertaalt deze naar praktisch advies voor je klanten.

Wat heb jij te bieden?

Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of hebt minstens twee jaar relevante ervaring binnen payroll.

Sociale wetgeving, loonadministratie en HR-processen boeien je, en je haalt voldoening uit het ondersteunen en adviseren van klanten.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande eigenschappen:

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert helder en vlot met klanten en collega's.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt proactief mee en zoekt steeds naar de beste oplossing.
  • Je combineert een affiniteit voor cijfers met een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde administratieve aanpak.
  • Je bent leergierig en volgt veranderingen in sociale wetgeving en payroll met interesse op.
  • Ervaring met payroll en personeelsadministratie binnen de publieke sector is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt geen probleem om je vlot uit te drukken in het Frans.
