Jouw rol

Als Payroll & Benefits Specialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en efficiënte payrollverwerking voor België en Nederland. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor payroll en benefits en werkt nauw samen met HR, Finance en externe partners. Daarnaast neem je ownership over rapporteringen, budgetopvolging en de verdere optimalisatie van payroll- en benefitsprocessen.

Je takenpakket:

  • Je coördineert de volledige payroll voor 80 medewerkers in België en 25 medewerkers in Nederland, in samenwerking met SD Worx.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en managers met vragen over loon, voordelen, tijdsregistratie en sociale administratie.
  • Je waakt over een correcte toepassing van de Belgische sociale wetgeving en bouwt je kennis van de Nederlandse payroll uit.
  • Je beheert de car fleet en volgt leasingmaatschappijen en leveranciers op.
  • Je staat mee in voor de administratie van verzekeringen, employee benefits en complexe HR-dossiers, waaronder internationale mobiliteit.
  • Je analyseert payrollgegevens en stelt rapporteringen, budgetten, forecasts en HR-dashboards op.
  • Je identificeert optimalisaties binnen payroll- en HR-processen en draagt actief bij aan een efficiënte HR-dienstverlening.

Jouw troeven

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen Belgische payroll. Ervaring met Nederlandse payroll is een troef.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en werkt vlot met Excel en HR-data.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, bent nauwkeurig, discreet en klantgericht.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een internationale omgeving waar je ownership neemt over payroll, benefits en HR-rapportering.
