Al 75 jaar ondersteunen wij ondernemingen in de bouwsector met een snelle, efficiënte en correcte dienstverlening. Kom jij ons team in Turnhout versterken?

Jouw rol als Payroll Consulent

Bij ORBISS werk je nauw samen met onze klanten in de bouwsector. Jij bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt voor:

  • Loonverwerking en administratie: Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige en vlotte verwerking van lonen, sociale documenten en personeelsadministratie.
  • Relatiebeheer: Je bouwt duurzame vertrouwensrelaties op met klanten en biedt hen persoonlijk advies en begeleiding.
  • Sociaal-juridisch advies: Je helpt klanten wegwijs te maken in sociale wetgeving en loonfiscaliteit. Onze juristen staan uiteraard altijd klaar om te ondersteunen.
  • Teamwerk: Je werkt samen met collega’s aan oplossingen en deelt kennis om de dienstverlening continu te verbeteren.
  • Je behaalde een Bachelor, Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring en hebt een sterke interesse in sociaal recht en payroll.
  • Ervaring in een sociaal secretariaat of personeelsdienst is een plus, maar starters zijn zeker ook welkom.
  • Je bent klantgericht, nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt een proactieve werkhouding en bent een echte teamspeler.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Excel en andere softwaretoepassingen.
