Bij KORA HR geloven we in mensen die willen groeien, impact maken en bedrijven écht vooruit helpen. Daarom zoeken we een payroll expert die mee de puntjes op de i zet bij onze klanten.

Wat je bij ons doet

Als payroll consultant bij KORA HR sta je in voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de lonen van onze klanten, zowel voor arbeiders als bedienden. Naast de effectieve loonverwerking, volg je de sociaal-juridische wijzigingen op de voet en zorg je dat alle personeelsadministratie zoals on- en offboarding, de tijdsregistratie en aanvragen van tijdskrediet of thematisch verlof correct verlopen.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor je klanten en beantwoordt hun vragen met kennis van zaken, in de taal die zij spreken. Kortom: dankzij jou worden de werknemers van onze klanten elke maand opnieuw correct en op tijd betaald.

• Je hebt een goede kennis van Eblox (SD Worx) en voelt je thuis in andere payroll- en tijdsregistratietools.

• Je hebt ervaring met de payroll van zowel arbeiders als bedienden.

• Je bent sterk in Nederlands, Frans én Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

• Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio Aalst of Gent/Aalter zodat je onze klanten regio Brussel of West-Vlaanderen kan ondersteunen.

• Je bent nauwkeurig, proactief, oplossingsgericht en houdt van cijfers en wetgeving.

Elke vrijdag werken we samen op kantoor. Niet alleen de gezelligheid op kantoor maar ook de kennisdeling en het sparren maakt ons sterker als team. Daarnaast organiseren we maandelijks een KORA HR team day: praktisch, leerrijk en net dat tikkeltje speelser dan je gewend bent.
