Je weet wat er komt kijken bij een correcte loonverwerking en houdt ervan om ervoor te zorgen dat alles elke maand opnieuw klopt. Voor een groeiende en financieel stabiele onderneming binnen de voedingsindustrie zoeken we een Payroll Expert die mee wil bouwen aan een sterke HR-werking. Je komt terecht in een familiale organisatie met korte communicatielijnen, waar je rechtstreeks impact hebt op de medewerkers en veel ruimte krijgt om zelfstandig te werken.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je staat in voor een correcte en tijdige loonverwerking van de arbeiders.
  • Je volgt prestaties, afwezigheden, premies, voorschotten en eindejaarspremies nauwgezet op.
  • Je beheert de personeelsdossiers en zorgt voor een correcte personeelsadministratie.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen rond hun loon, verlof en sociale wetgeving.
  • Je volgt wijzigingen binnen de sociale wetgeving op en vertaalt deze naar de praktijk.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het sociaal secretariaat en andere externe partners.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de optimalisatie van payroll- en HR-processen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of gelijkwaardige ervaring en hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen payroll.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
