Voor een groeiende en familiale onderneming in Merksem zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Payroll Expert. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte loon- en personeelsadministratie en fungeer je als een deskundig aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij sociaal-juridische vragen.

Jouw functie:

Als Payroll Expert:

  • Sta je in voor een correcte en tijdige personeels- en loonadministratie.
  • Bereken je onder meer vakantiegeld en eindejaarspremies.
  • Adviseer en begeleid je klanten bij sociaal-juridische vraagstukken.
  • Houd je je kennis van de sociale wetgeving actief up-to-date.
  • Bouw je dankzij je professionele en klantgerichte aanpak een vertrouwensrelatie met klanten op.
  • Werk je samen met collega's aan een kwalitatieve en efficiënte dienstverlening.
  • Krijg je de mogelijkheid om, naast je dagelijkse taken, af en toe een eigen project op te nemen.

Ideale profiel als Payroll Expert?

We zijn op zoek naar iemand die:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring heeft in een gelijkaardige payroll- of personeelsfunctie.
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring heeft met verschillende paritaire comités.
  • Een bacheloropleiding Personeelswerk, Rechtspraktijk of een gelijkaardige opleiding heeft gevolgd. Gelijkwaardige ervaring en kennis zijn zeker ook welkom.
  • Een goede kennis heeft van sociale wetgeving en payroll.
  • Nauwkeurig en zelfstandig werkt en tegelijk graag deel uitmaakt van een team.
  • Klantgericht, professioneel en communicatief sterk is.
  • Vlot Nederlands spreekt en schrijft.
