Payroll Expert Nieuw Bedrijfsprofiel Onze internationale klant is wereldwijd actief en heeft te maken met interessante ontwikkelingen waarmee zij impact maken. Denk hierbij aan de energietransitie, het klimaat. Functie omschrijving Houd jij van een uitdagende internationale omgeving, waarbij je binnen een team samen alles mag coördineren binnen Nederland en daarbuiten? Door de aard van de bedrijvigheid leer je verschillende cao's en regelgeving kennen. Je hebt daarbij te maken met verschillende arbeidsvoorwaarden en regelingen. Nauwkeurigheid is vanzelfsprekend, maar je moet ook verbanden kunnen leggen, afwijkingen signaleren en helder communiceren. Het werk is bijzonder leuk en zeer interessant, vooral ook door de diversiteit. De standaardactiviteiten zijn natuurlijk heel herkenbaar voor je, zoals het verzorgen van de salarisadministratie, van mutaties tot en met de eindcontrole. Je verwerkt en controleert salarisgegevens, behandelt salarisvraagstukken en beantwoordt vragen van medewerkers over hun salaris en salarisstroken. Functie eisen - Een afgeronde PDL-opleiding. - Een VPS-opleiding is een pre. - Minimaal drie jaar relevante ervaring als salarisadministrateur. - Ervaring met AFAS Payroll. - Kennis van en ervaring met complexe cao's. - Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands én Engels. - Je kunt al snel zelfstandig aan de slag en ook jij bent een prettige collega. Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Een interessante baan voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. - Na een inwerkperiode van enkele maanden is hybride werken mogelijk. - 26 vakantiedagen bij fulltime, plus collectieve roostervrije dagen. - Uitstekend pensioen - Reiskostenvergoeding + collectieve regelingen - Uitstekende opleidingsmogelijkheden.
